The number of visitors on a web-site can be measured in many ways. We have chosen to use the numbers of hits per month on our web-site
(viewed traffic, excluding traffic generated by robots, worms or replies with special HTTP status)

The peak in visitors of December 2004 and January 2005 was due to the Tsunami of 26 December 2004.
